It’s that time of year again when I round up all of the photos from my annual 4×12 Photo Project! (If you’re just now joining in, it’s a photo of all four of us once a month for twelve months). What started as my 2×12 Project in 2011, has now documented our growing family in a fun way, month by month for the past five years. I love looking back over the year and remembering what we were doing each month. It’s extra fun now with the kiddos to watch them grow in each photo!
I’ve had several people ask what I do with all of the photos, and so I thought I’d share. The first year I turned the collage into a HUGE canvas. That was fun, but I knew it would not be realistic to keep up with something that size every year. In the years since, I have turned each year’s collage into a smaller size canvas (I believe they are 16×20 if I remember correctly), and have them hanging in different area’s around the house. Maybe one day we’ll have a house with a big bonus room where we can display each year in order, but that will be down the road!
All, in all, 2015 was a great year. For me personally it was a hard year physically (rough pregnancy, exhaustion with newborn, knee surgery), but I cannot complain because we were blessed with a second healthy baby boy and we have so much to be thankful for! I am however, hoping for a calmer 2016 for my body. :-)
Sooooo here’s 2015! (Scroll down to see the photos from past years).
