For the past few years that we’ve been married I’ve taken it upon myself to design a Christmas card to send to our family and a few friends. It usually has one main photo or a few smaller photos, along with a summary of what’s gone on throughout our year. This year, I was lucky to even remember to order Christmas cards (gotta love a forgetful pregnancy brain). Let’s just say I was proud of myself for getting a card together that at least had a photo of us on it (next time I plan to come back strong with a year summary as well).

What’s crazy to think about is how quickly things change in a year! I had a much smaller, uhhhhh, abdomen area in last year’s picture, and next year’s photo will grow by a whole person! Pretty cool to think about. :-)

Anyhoo, here’s the photo that I used for this year’s card. We took it at James’ aunt’s house up in Michigan on their gorgeous property!
