June marked our official entrance into the HAWT summer weather down here in Savannah! That meant a lot of time spent at the pool and playing with water toys outside. When you are a pregnant lady in the South during the summer you don’t even care if your toddler pours water all over you when you are sitting outdoors. Whatever it takes to stay cool!

This month we had a quick visit from my Dad, which is always nice. It’s hard being away from family, so we really enjoy when they can come and visit throughout the year. We also had what has become our annual yard sale. Otherwise known as clean-all-the-crap-out-of-the-house day. We decided this is my form of nesting– cleaning out, and I have to say it felt great to get rid of so much STUFF!

We stayed busy with things at church during June and that is where this month’s photo was taken. For Father’s Day they had a fun little photo booth set up to get pics of all the Dad’s with their families. It was a great month and we are prepping for more hot times next month!
