Let me start of by saying that July was a fun month! It marked the very last month of my second pregnancy, and I was finally in a place of feeling good (minus the usual aches and pains). No more nausea and sickness, and back to eating my favorite foods! It was also our last full month as a family of three. I really tried to soak in my final days of caring for only one child, as I knew our house was about to get a whole lot more hectic! Jack and I did a lot of one-on-one activities together, lots of snuggles, and lots of “big brother prep.” I also took a whole lot of naps since I knew my sleep was about to be taken from me shortly. :-)

Here are some of our other fun moments in July:

• Celebrated the 4th of July with friends and fireworks
• James and I celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary with a DELICIOUS dinner at the Olde Pink House
• Had our final ultrasound of baby Davis #2
• Jack and I spent a day at the beach on Tybee Island visiting my high school friend, Jennifer
• Spent lots of time at the pool, meeting with our small group, playdates, and hanging out with neighbors

Here’s to August when we become a family of FOUR!!! :-)

P.S.- And yes, my right foot is purple thanks to my severe varicose veins during this pregnancy!
