You might not be able to tell just how big our Thanksgiving turkey was from this picture, so I’ll go ahead and tell you– THIRTY-SEVEN POUNDS! That’s right My husband’s family likes to do food events up big! (According to James’ grandma, one year they had one that was 47 lbs.!)

I hope you are enjoying this holiday with your family and friends like I am. I have so much to be thankful for and I love a good excuse to stuff myself with cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, and delicious pies! After today I’ll be in hibernation for the rest of the winter. ;-)
