Thanksgiving Details

It’s all in the details. Really, it is. To set a scene, to understand a scenario, you need details. When I shoot a wedding, I look for details to help tell the story of the day. I LOVE details. Detail pictures, details in a story, etc. So to share my Thanksgiving experience this year, I’d thought I’d share some detail shots from our trip up north to visit James’ family. Enjoy. :-)

“The Cabin.”

James’ mom and aunt did a BEAUTIFUL job decorating for our Thanksgiving meal.

We made sure to do a little “2-tracking” as they call it in Michigan and just had to stop along the way for a little photo shoot…

Pretty sure the hubby needs to come out with a CD now. ;-)

You can’t really tell in this pic, but ice was beginning to form on the lake behind us!

Hope you had a great Thanksgiving and enjoyed all of the little “details” throughout your day!

I’m mad at myself for not taking more pictures during our Thanksgiving trip, and now even more so after reading this post. I love all of the details!
