You’ll have to excuse my absence from blogging the past couple of days… James and I have been in Virginia with my parents, visiting my grandparents and extended family that live there. It was a WAY overdue visit and was so nice to be able to simply relax for a few days. While we were there I knew it would be the perfect place for our 2 x 12 Project picture for this month. I’ll be sharing more photos from our trip soon, but in the meantime here’s our monthly pic that we took on my grandparent’s front porch. :-)

To re-cap July (even though it’s not quite over yet): We shot 3 weddings, I started my hip-hop/jazz dance class (Paula Abdul– WATCH OUT!!), we celebrated the 4th of July at the lake with friends and a cook-out at our house, and attended the NACC in Cincinnati. Still to come in July: We’ll be going to the County Fair and also attending a wedding as GUESTS!! Oh yeah, and we endured temps in the high 90’s for a good bit of this month, with the heat index in the 100’s at times! :-)
