James and I are so excited to be heading to Las Vegas for WPPI and Showit United very soon!! If you’re not familiar with what those are, WPPI (which stands for Wedding & Portrait Photographers International) is an organization that serves the educational and business needs of wedding and portrait photographers. Last year their annual conference in Vegas had over 16,000 attendees and this year is expected to be even bigger!

You’ve probably heard me talk about Showit, the company I get my website through, before. They not only provide the coolest platform to design your website, they also are big on connecting photographers with one another and helping them grow! This year they are having their own conference in Vegas during the same time as WPPI, so we’ll be able to get the best of both worlds!

Last year was our first time attending WPPI and it was a blast! A bit intimidating, especially because we didn’t know too many people, but this year I am super excited to catch up with all of the friends that I’ve made throughout this past year. I’m also excited to have the opportunity to learn new things and be a part of some SUPER cool events that I can’t wait to tell you about when I get home! And I hope I can get free entry to Hakkasan nightclub, so I will definitely have a lot to tell about.
