I think the whole “February-0nly-has-29-days” thing made this month just fly by to me! Or maybe it’s because I’ve felt like I have so much to do before the baby comes and I still don’t have it done yet! I don’t know… Either way, February was a great month and we are definitely ready for the baby, regardless of the fact that I still haven’t found curtains or frames for the nursery yet (our glider finally came in though, so I’m excited about that). After I get it all set up I’ll be sure to share photos. :-)

Here’s what the month looked like for us…

• Participated in the Next Level Conference that our church puts on each year (it was AWESOME!)
• Celebrated Valentine’s and 8 years since we started dating!
• Went to Tybee Island for the first time, where we explored, checked out yard sales, and of course, frolicked on the beach.
• Learned how to install a car seat correctly :-)
• Went to weekly baby doctor appointments. The countdown is on now!

We took our monthly 2×12 Project photo by the lake that’s in our neighborhood, right down the street from us. We have enjoyed taking walks around the lake, and James has also started fishing there as well. We’ve been on the lookout for alligators, but haven’t spotted one yet!
