Oh how I love a beautiful outdoor wedding on a gorgeous sunny day! Even better when it’s by the water. :-) Brittany and Nick’s wedding was held at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa, which is such a great location to get the coastal feel that we love here in Savannah. The cool thing about the setting is that the resort is located just across the river from downtown Savannah, so when you are out on the river walk you have a view of Bay Street just across the way!

The wedding was coordinated by the awesome ladies at First City Events, and all of the beautiful florals were from Kato Floral Designs. (The rest of the vendors are listed at the bottom of this post). One thing I have realized throughout my career in wedding photography is that it is always SO helpful to have a wedding planner running the show! Even if you just hire someone for day-of coordination, it can really help things go smoothly, especially when there are a lot of moving pieces. (If you need planner recommendations, I would be happy to send some your way). :-)

Brittany looked absolutely stunning! This black and white photo of her is one of my top favorites from the whole day! I love sweet moments like this, with mom looking on as Brittany was putting on her finishing touches.

I mean come on, can you get a more beautiful setting?!?The reception was set up right along the river which made for a fun time watching the big barges pass by!Maple bacon donuts = Yumtown, USA. These two said good-bye to their guests and hopped on a boat to end the night! Such a fun time.
