I’m use my computer just about every day. Whether I’m checking email, editing pictures, chatting on Facebook, or reading photography blogs, there usually isn’t a day that goes by that I’m not doing something on the computer– until last week. When the screen on my laptop all of a sudden went blank I tried not to freak out and prayed that the hard drive was not damaged. So, off my laptop went to Mac doctor and I was left computerless for a few days. It was a rough few days (slight exaggeration, but not much), and although I got behind on some editing and correspondence, I got a TON of laundry done and had the chance to catch up on alot of my shows that had begun to build up on the DVR.  :-) It was actually a nice break that I never would have normally given myself and now that my computer is back and running, I’m actually glad to have gone without for a little while.

On another note, tomorrow marks the final day of my temporary teaching job that I have had this past school year. While I will miss all of the kids and the wonderful staff, I am so excited to be able to focus solely on my photography business! This summer is going to be busy, and I am very much looking forward to it. I love the sun and warm weather and can’t wait to camp, travel to visit family, go boating, run some 5K’s, and of course, shoot (with a camera, not a weapon…lol) all of the wonderful people booked for the summer!
