Located on the ground level of the venue is the Cocktail Lounge, which is connected to the Grand Ballroom. (This space can also serve as additional reception event space.) Custom furniture includes a gorgeous 12 ft. curved bar and gold settee. A wall mounted 60 inch HD TV can be used to display menus or slideshows! Outside the Cocktail Lounge is a covered patio with double swings, vintage furniture, and two restrooms.

Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom is located on the ground level and offers 2800 sq feet of reception space. Since it connects to the Cocktail Lounge, it allows a nice and easy flow from the cocktail hour into your reception. The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Inside the Ballroom, you'll find gorgeous detailed trim woodwork, flexible layouts, trimmed gold and cream decor, and an 11 ft projector screen for any displays you'd like to display for your wedding guests. The venue staff ensures the room will be exactly how you want it on your big day so that no two weddings are ever the same! Bride & Groom's Quarters
Luxury awaits you as you step foot into the bride and groom's suites. The Bride's suite includes a custom 12ft mirror, large white leather sofa, HD cable TV, sinks, and restrooms. It also overlooks the venue grounds so you can see guests arriving for the ceremony!

The Groom's quarters features HD cable TV, a wet bar, private restroom, and views of the beautiful Tybee Island tidewater creek. It's the perfect place to relax with your friends and family before the fun begins!
