Last week my friend, Jackie, and I ventured to Chicago to go to help out with a fun little shindig called The Fix. Jasmine, one of my favorite photographers, has been on this tour around the country for the past few weeks, speaking to groups of photographers and challenging them in their businesses. I always enjoy hearing her speak (girl could make a living being a motivational speaker if she ever decided to quit photography), and I couldn’t pass up a chance to go on a “girl trip!”

Before we headed home, Jackie and I decided to do a little “browsing.” Believe it or not but I had never set foot in West Elm, Restoration Hardware, Z Gallerie, or The Container Store! I know, crazy, right? I knew I liked all of those stores from drooling over their websites, but thanks to Chicago for putting them all on the same street I was able to check them all out in person in a couple of hours! Let’s just say I wanted to “pin” everything in each store to my Pinterest boards!!
