Jessica and Jim had a beautiful winter wedding on what turned out to be a FREEZING cold day! These guys, along with their bridal party, were complete troopers and stuck out the cold and wind to grab some awesome photos. I loved working with this crew and wanted to share a few of my favs from the day… Joann’s Florist did a beautiful job with all of the florals! This was such a sweet moment with Jessica and Jim before they did their first look. :-) The best part about a first look is that it gets a lot of the wedding day jitters out of the way, and it allows you to get all of the bridal party photos completed before the ceremony even starts! Then everyone gets to just go and enjoy cocktail hour after the ceremony. :-) This was such a FUN group of guys. :-) A little white chapel gets me every time! Love how cute the whole setup was.Jessica was looking mighty gorgeous!! Not all of the grandparents were able to make it to the wedding, so Jessica and Jim Face-timed with them so that they could still be a part of their special day. Jessica told me later just how special all of the photos with those grandparents are, as she had two grandparents pass away just weeks after the wedding. :-( THIS is why I love doing what I do… capturing photos that freeze a special moment in time that you can never get back.  Carlson’s Premier Events oversaw the wedding day and planned out a beautiful reception!
