Last night I had the opportunity to attend Showit’s PASS Premier Tour when they stopped here in Indy. If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you know that my main website is built through Showit (you can read more about that here). Well, Showit is awesome in general and now they’ve become even more awesomemer (just made up that word)! They’re created a new tool called PASS that allows you to “pass” your images onto your client in a safe and secure way via the internet.

The idea is to get rid of DVD’s and allow clients to download their photos directly from an online site onto their computer. They can even share photos directly to Facebook from the site! The cool thing about it all is that the viewing gallery reflects your branding and the program keeps your information (i.e. website) along with the pictures that are shared. It’s an awesome invention! :-)

David Jay is the brains behind Showit and also one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet…

We got to hear from a few other talented and inspiring speakers as well. Promise Tangeman is an amazing designer; if you haven’t checked out her website, you need to!

Kevin Swan, who also happens to be one of the Indy PUG leaders, is the man behind KISS Wedding Books.

Zach and Jody Gray’s presentation was awesome as usual. They will be the guest speakers at the August Indy PUG meeting! (Email me if you’re interested in more info about that: jenna@jenna-davis.com).

The whole thing took place at the Fountain Square Theater…

I had a great time hanging out with friends and meeting new ones!
