Cincinnati is what I’ll always consider my “hometown,” but I’ve really grown to love Indianapolis over the past 2 and a half years that we’ve lived here. (Ok, technically we live in Greenwood, but you get the picture). I never used to think I would live in the state of Indiana, much less enjoy living here, but I really do! I must say that I am super proud to be living in “Super Indy,” especially as we host the Superbowl, and am grateful to have had the opportunity to experience so exciting!

In all honesty, I know next to nothing about football and I will probably be primarily stuffing my face with taco dip while the game is on, but I still think it’s pretty cool that all of this is taking place in “my” town. Since I figured this could quite possibly be a once and a lifetime experience for me, I braved the traffic and crazy crowds to go downtown and check out the Superbowl Village with a few friends last night. I, of course, had to bring the camera along to remember this fun time…
