I’ll be honest. Not a huge fan of cold weather. In fact I work extra hard to stay inside in the winter… like going grocery shopping for 2 weeks instead of one… condensing all of my errands for the week into one day… going out to the mailbox every couple of days (it IS a whole 20 feet from the house). Ok, I know it’s kind of ridiculous, but I like to think because I was born in the South my body prefers warm weather. ;-) Lately the temperatures have been extra cold here in Indy. Despite the chilly weather I decided to venture outside for a bit and take a few pictures around the yard. A positive about a midwest winter– it can be VERY pretty.

Needless to say, by the time I came back in I was shivering and I had to hold one of my cats to warm up my hands. Don’t judge, it works.
